I don't usually post recopies, but I found a one on the internet and tried it and really, this was the EASIEST meal I have ever made!!
Salsa Chicken
4 chicken breasts
1 cup salsa (or more...I like salsa)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
yup....that all folks!
Put the chicken in a oven proof pan, pour the salsa on top.
Bake for approx 40 min @ 350 degrees (or until chicken is cooked through)
top with cheese and bake a few minutes longer until cheese is melted.
I doubled this recipe, and used "Southwestern" salsa. You can make it spicy by using hot salsa.
It turned out great, even all the family loved it!

Thank you Flo, i will try this. My chicken is always so dry unless I use it in stir Fry. Thanks for sharing. I always would kid that I never cooked anything with more than five ingredients, this recipe fit the bill perfectly.
