Salt Air finish!!

Well, the quilting is done...

I even got brave and machine washed this quilt with the wool batting!! I know they say it is machine washable...but I was still nervous! Anyway, it came out of the dryer just fine! I love it!

I am not sure what the backing was..something from the half price wall at my LQS!! but it works..

And the binding is one of the prints...ready made scrappy !!

I really like the colours in the Salt Air line..so bright and cheery. (even with the fading flowers of fall behind it!!)

It will be on the guest bed out in Calgary, so when we go to visit my daughter, we have a cozy new quilt to sleep under.

So I have something  to share at TGIFF ......this week over at Quilt Matters  !!!  (and check out M-R's really cool Hudson Bay like quilt!!

And am going to see what everybody else has got finished this week!
